Anna Saccone Inspired Makeup

(Courtesy of annasaccone.com) Anna Saccone is the most subscribed to female Irish youtuber, the author of "The Style Diet", and 1/4 of the SacconeJoly's YouTube reality show. She also had incredible style and makeup, and so today's post is my take on my favourite of her daily makeup looks, which is very natural but polished. I loved her makeup back in July of 2013 and so that is mostly the look I am going to try and recreate.  Face: 1. Take a full coverage concealer, and dot it under your eyes, on any blemishes, or acne scars. Anna has oily, acne prone skin, and so using a heavier concealer means she can get away with wearing a lighter foundation.  Anna likes Maybelline 24hr SuperStay Concealer or Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer. I used Rimmel 2 in 1 Highlighter and Concealer .  2. Blend a light BB cream or tinted moisturizer all over your face and neck. Anna likes Mac Studio Tint or Maybellline Dream Fresh BB Cream. I used Maybelline Dream

GRWM: Natural Daytime Makeup

Hello Everyone! Today's makeup look is a soft natural daytime look. This look is perfect for everyday as it is glowy and fresh with nothing too heavy. This is my go to makeup look recently as I love me a glowy bronze natural look.  Face: 1. Start off by applying a tinted moisturizer or bb cream to your face and blend outwards using your fingers. This will create a nice dewy, sheer finish. I used Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Medium/Deep.  2. Next dab a highlighting concealer underneath your eyes in a v shape, around you nose, and onto you chin. Blend this with a dense concealer brush. I used Rimmel 2 in 1 Match Perfection Concealer in Light/ Medium 3. Take a bronzing powder on an angled brush and contour your face. Brush it under your cheekbones, sides of your forehead, and underneath your jawline. I used ELF Contour Bronzer in St Lucia. 4. To brighten up your face apply a peachy pink blush to the apples of your cheeks and up onto your cheekbone. I used Nars

Beauty on a Budget: Best Drugstore Pink Lipsticks

From Left to Right: L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in 165 Tickled Pink, Covergirl Lipstick in 445 Pink Chic, Rimmel Airy Fairy, Maybelline 015 Born With It Hello Everyone! Today's Beauty on a Budget is all about pink lipstick. These four lipsticks are my absolute favourite, and as each is a different shade and finish there is something for everyone.  L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in 165 Tickled Pink.  This is a super bright, frosty pink. It has a creamy texture and great lasting power. Beacuse it has such a frosted finish this lipstick isn't to everyone tastes but it suits most skin tones and can be worn with a lot of other colours. Covergirl Lipstick in 445 Pink Chic.  Another frosty pink, this lipstick might not even be available anymore. It is a cool pink, a very baby pink shade with a silvery glitter. This one has a drier formula and semi-matte finish (besides all the glitter). It goes great with cool colours, and works for both summer and winter.

Everyday Natural Makeup Routine Using Urban Decay Naked Palette

Hello everyone! Today's makeup look is a neutral everyday look that only uses the Urban Decay Naked Palette. It is so much easier to recreate looks, or just lighter to travel with if you only have to use one palette. This eye makeup is actually one of my favourites and I wear it a lot during the school year.  Let's get started! Base: 1. Starting off with freshly washed and moisturized skin, smooth a BB Cream or tinted moisturizer all over your face starting from the centre of the face blending outwards. I used Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Medium/Deep.  2. Next take a concealer and apply it in a v shape underneath your eyes as well as around your nose. Take a fluffy brush (or you can use your fingers) and blend out the concealer. I used Rimmel Match Perfection 2 in 1 Concealer in Light/Medium.  3. Using a big and fluffy face brush dust your face with a setting powder to mattify the skin. I used Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation in C4.  4. Take

Super Quick and Easy Bronze Eye Makeup

Hello everyone! Today's look is a quick and super simple bronze eye makeup. It is fresh, goes fabulous with any eye colour, and is great for days when you want to channel your inner Greek goddess.  1. Starting off, take a cream shimmery taupe eye shadow and apply it all over your eye lid. Slightly blend out the edges using your fingers.  Take a bit of product on a small eyeliner brush and run the colour along your lower lashline.  2. Next take a cream shimmery champagne eye shadow and apply it to the inner corner of your eye using your ring finger. I used Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Barely Branded .   3. Take a flat eye shadow brush and add a dark bronze eye shadow onto the outer v of your eyelid, then blend it up into the crease. I used Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Smog from the original Naked Palette. Pop a little bit of the colour along the outer half of your lower lashline.  4. Grab a fluffy eye shadow brush and blend out the edges of your makeup to soften

"Feeling Sick" Day Makeup

Hi everyone! Today's makeup look is for those days when you aren't feeling to well and you want to apply some makeup to help you look (and sometimes feel) better. I think that on days like this it is super important to use products that you know and love. This will help prevent any frustration or added annoyance when applying your makeup because you will know how each item "behaves". For this look I used minimal eye makeup as well as multitasking face products that way you don't feel like you have a thick layer of foundation lying on top of your skin.  Skin/Base: 1. Before I started I applied a mattifying moisturizer, and a thick lip salve to prep my skin and lips.  2. Starting off I applied Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream in Light/Medium to my face and blended it out with my fingers. Your fingers are the best blenders and give you a sheer controlled coverage. This product can act as your primer, concealer and tinted moisturizer.  3. Next I take m

Updated Makeup Storage and Organization

Hi everybody! Today I have for you my makeup storage and organization post. This is an updated version of my previous organization post, which you can find  here .  Starting off with my makeup organizer, which I purchased in January at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. This I keep on my makeup/filming table. Here is where I keep all of my everyday/most used products. This way they are within arms reach and I don't have to confine my makeup to a small constricting makeup bag (harsh words, I know). The makeup organizer has many different "compartments" which helps me keep all the different products separate. Also on this table I keep all of my makeup brushes in a glass jar, as well as a mirror, books that I find makeup inspiration from, Jemma Kidd and Bobbi Brown makeup books, and all of my jewelry.  In one of my desk drawers is where I keep a small basket which holds all of my base products, so concealers, foundations, primers, powders, etc. Beside that I have 3 s
