GRWM: Natural Daytime Makeup

Hello Everyone! Today's makeup look is a soft natural daytime look. This look is perfect for everyday as it is glowy and fresh with nothing too heavy. This is my go to makeup look recently as I love me a glowy bronze natural look.
Face:

1. Start off by applying a tinted moisturizer or bb cream to your face and blend outwards using your fingers. This will create a nice dewy, sheer finish. I used Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Medium/Deep.

2. Next dab a highlighting concealer underneath your eyes in a v shape, around you nose, and onto you chin. Blend this with a dense concealer brush. I used Rimmel 2 in 1 Match Perfection Concealer in Light/ Medium
3. Take a bronzing powder on an angled brush and contour your face. Brush it under your cheekbones, sides of your forehead, and underneath your jawline. I used ELF Contour Bronzer in St Lucia.
4. To brighten up your face apply a peachy pink blush to the apples of your cheeks and up onto your cheekbone. I used Nars Orgasm Blush.

Eyes:

1. Choose a brow powder or eyeshadow that is 2 shades lighter than your natural eye brows and, using an angled brush, fill in any sparse areas with the powder. Brush through your eye brows with an eye brow comb or a spoolie to soften the look. I used ELF Eyebrow Kit in Dark.

2. Find a great eye shadow quad that has 4 coordinating colours. There are a million different options that fit any skin tone/type/and price range. For this look choose one that has nude and sparkly shades, I used Clinique Quad in Choco-latte.  On a fluffy eye shadow brush apply the lightest shade to your browbone and inner corners of the eye. Using the same brush apply the second lightest shade all over your eyelid in a general wash. Take a crease brush and using a windscreen wiper motion add the darkest shade into your crease and blend upwards. Take the same colour on a small flat eyeliner brush and run it along your lower lashline to create definition.

3. Grab a dark brown eye liner pencil and apply it to the upper waterline and lower lashline. I used Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil in Hot Chocolate.

4. Curl your eye lashes and apply one coat of a black volumizing mascara. I used Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.

Lips:

1. Take a long wearing shimmery nude pink lipgloss and apply it to your lips staring from the centre of the bottom lip working outwards. I used Rimmel Apocalips Lip Laquer in Solstice.

And that is the completed look! Super easy and quick but it still gives you a nice glowing and polished look. If you'd like you can watch the video here:

Fab February: Anna Edwin Makeup

Anna Edwin is a Norwegian blogger. She began her blog in 2009 and she blogs about everything from hair to bowling (well maybe not actually bowling). Her hair and makeup is always flawless, nice and bronzed.  So I thought it would be perfect for spring and to warm us all up. If you want to check out Anna's blog click  here  (her blog is obviously in Norwegian so you'll have to press the translate button). I searched her blog and tried to use the same products that she does. Let's get started on her makeup look! Face: 1. Start with your favourite face primer. Makeup Monday: Victoria Beckham Makeup Look

Victoria Beckham is a style icon, and personally one of my top fashion and beauty inspirations. Her fashion line boasts beautiful structure and lines. One half of Britain's "other royal family" Victoria rules the fashion world with an iron fist, having recently launched another successful denim and accessories line. Her makeup hasn't changed much from her Posh Spice days, it has only become more chic and polished. Her signature smokey eye and nude lip can be adapted for any event, outfit, day or night. Here is a lighter daytime version of her signature look that Victoria has been sporting more and more often. Face: 1. Victoria has oily skin so a primer is a must. Pop a little all over your face, making sure to blend down your neck. Jessie's Pick: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer 2. Smooth a cream foundation over your face, blending it down your neck. Jessie's Picks: Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Foundation or Rimmel Match Perfection Cream Foundation. 3. Dot
