Anna Saccone Inspired Makeup

Anna Saccone is the most subscribed to female Irish youtuber, the author of "The Style Diet", and 1/4 of the SacconeJoly's YouTube reality show. She also had incredible style and makeup, and so today's post is my take on my favourite of her daily makeup looks, which is very natural but polished. I loved her makeup back in July of 2013 and so that is mostly the look I am going to try and recreate.

Face:
1. Take a full coverage concealer, and dot it under your eyes, on any blemishes, or acne scars. Anna has oily, acne prone skin, and so using a heavier concealer means she can get away with wearing a lighter foundation.
Anna likes Maybelline 24hr SuperStay Concealer or Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer. I used Rimmel 2 in 1 Highlighter and Concealer

2. Blend a light BB cream or tinted moisturizer all over your face and neck. Anna likes Mac Studio Tint or Maybellline Dream Fresh BB Cream. I used Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Medium Deep.

3. Using a fluffy brush, apply powder all over your face to set your foundation. Anna likes Rimmel Clear Complexion Clarifying Powder. I used Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation.

4. Contour your face using an angled brush and a matte bronzer. Anna likes Benefit Hoola Bronzer. I used the bronzer from the elf Contouring Blush and Bronzer Kit.

5. Add a shimmery peach blush to your cheekbones using a fluffy face brush. Nars blush in Orgasm is Anna's favourite, that is the blush that I used, but the blush shade from the elf kit would work as well.

6. Take an eyebrow powder and using a small angled brush fill in your brows. Anna has a quite rounded arch, similar to Megan Fox' brows. Anna has used HD Brow kits, and Benefit Brow Zings. I used elf Eye Brow Kit in Dark.

Eyes:
Anna uses the Urban Decay Naked Palette (1 or 2), Smashbox Studio Pop Palette, and a Dior eyeshadow palette, all with neutral shimmery colours. I used the Avon Expert Mega Palette.

1.Add a shimmery highlight colour to your browbone and inner corner of your eyes.

2.Apply a shimmery gold/taupe  neutral eyeshadow all over your lid.

3.  Blend a matte medium brown shade into your crease, and bring it slightly up onto your browbone to make your eye look bigger and to recede your browbone.

4. Take a fluffy eye shadow brush and blend the eye shadow until all the harsh edges are gone.

5. Line your upper lashline with a black liquid eyeliner, Anna usually uses an eyeliner pen.

6. Run a warm brown, black or khaki eyeliner in both your upper and lower waterlines. Stila make really nice and soft waterproof eye liners perfect for your waterline. I used the Maybelline Line Express in Black.

7. Apply a couple coats of a black volumizing mascara. Anna likes any of the CoverGirl lashblast mascaras. I used Maybelline Big Eyes the Falsies.

Lips:
Anna loves herself a nude lip.
Pop a creamy nude pink or soft brown lipcolour all over your lips. Anna likes the Revlon Lip Butters in Creme Brulee. Sugar Frosting, and Pink Truffle. I used the Rimmel Vinyl Gloss in Snog.

That's it! You are now YouTube ready! Please feel free to watch the video of this look, found here:

New Year's Eve is the perfect day/night to sport sparkling silver eye makeup, and who better to look to than Kim Kardashian. Eyes: 1. Prep your eye with a base. Be it a cream shadow, a paint pot, or an actual eye shadow primer, it does not matter, it just gives the  eye shadow  and glitter something to adhere to. Jessie's Picks: Urban Decay Primer Potion. Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Dangerous Cuvee. Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Eye Shadow in Galaxy. 2. Apply a matte grey eye shadow all over the lid. Jessie's Picks: Stila Eye Shadow in Diamond Lil. Jessie's Picks: Bobbi Brown Gel Eye Li

Fab February: Anna Edwin Makeup

Anna Edwin is a Norwegian blogger. She began her blog in 2009 and she blogs about everything from hair to bowling (well maybe not actually bowling). Her hair and makeup is always flawless, nice and bronzed.  So I thought it would be perfect for spring and to warm us all up. If you want to check out Anna's blog click  here  (her blog is obviously in Norwegian so you'll have to press the translate button). I searched her blog and tried to use the same products that she does. Let's get started on her makeup look! Face: 1. Start with your favourite face primer. Makeup Monday: Victoria Beckham Makeup Look

Victoria Beckham is a style icon, and personally one of my top fashion and beauty inspirations. Her fashion line boasts beautiful structure and lines. One half of Britain's "other royal family" Victoria rules the fashion world with an iron fist, having recently launched another successful denim and accessories line. Her makeup hasn't changed much from her Posh Spice days, it has only become more chic and polished. Her signature smokey eye and nude lip can be adapted for any event, outfit, day or night. Here is a lighter daytime version of her signature look that Victoria has been sporting more and more often. Face: 1. Victoria has oily skin so a primer is a must. Pop a little all over your face, making sure to blend down your neck. Jessie's Pick: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer 2. Smooth a cream foundation over your face, blending it down your neck. Jessie's Picks: Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Foundation or Rimmel Match Perfection Cream Foundation. 3. Dot
