Hello everyone! Next weekend my friends and I are going camping so I thought would do a little two part series on camping. If you are like me, an indoors person, camping can seem very daunting, but I think it is important to keep an open mind. So I must practice what I preach and enjoy this camping trip and the beach. Please keep in mind that I am indeed bringing other non-beauty and fashion related things.

Long Sleeved Shirts. You never know what the weather is going to be like (especially in Canada) so long sleeved shirts are a must. They are perfect for the nights when it gets cold, or if it is raining you can wear them during the day. The two that I am bringing are super soft and work well with layers underneath. I also think there is nothing cuter than a vest with a long sleeved shirt underneath. |
T-Shirts, Plaid Shirts, and Track Pants. Basically comfy clothes. Stuff that you can throw over your bathing suit or wear at night around the camp fire. Of course it wouldn't be a camping trip without a plaid shirt and some track pants (mine are from the GAP) they are comfortable and easy to put on. |
Tank Tops. In various shades and colours are great for layering as well as warmer days and nights. I try to wear longer tank tops which will keep you warm and safe from mosquitoes. |
A Sweater. Pretty self explanatory, this one was a gift from my uncle who lives in Wyoming. It is warm, cosy and perfect for sleeping in. If it gets really cold, you can layer all your tank tops and long sleeved shirts underneath. |
Various Bottoms: Leggings, Shorts, etc. An assortment of bottoms for an assortment of weather. Having a few different options for different temperatures is key. Pick items that can be worn on their own or layered underneath other clothes.

These are the basics to bring camping, obviously things like pajamas, bathing suits, etc are important as well. I hope you enjoyed this post!
