a visual of one of my favorite parts of the fall season: crisp fall leaves crunching underneath my step as i walk outside.  pumpkins and pinecones fall decorations by marjorie

Autumn is my absolute favourite season! I love the weather, fashion, makeup, and of course all the delicious food. Today's makeup look a daytime look inspired by the warm colours of nature during autumn. It focuses on warm eyes, healthy looking skin, and a warm lip.

Face:
1. Start with a medium coverage matte or semi-matte finish foundation and using your fingers or a brush, blend the product into your skin. If you have fairly good skin don't apply foundation everywhere, just dab it where you need a little coverage or skip this step all together. Clinique Even Better Foundation or Maybelline Superstay 24hr Foundation.

2.  To brighten up your under eye area and keep you looking fresh and awake, apply a light concealer underneath your eyes in a V shape. This will bring light to the centre of the face and appear as a more natural highlight. Apply concealer around your nose, and onto your eye lid to act as a base. Blend out the product with your fingers. Covergirl Ready, Set, Gorgeous Concealer or Almay Brightener and Concealer Duo.

3. Take a bright pink or peach cream blush, and using a face brush apply it to your cheekbones. Sweep the colour upwards and then dab the remaining product onto the apples of your cheeks. Using a cream product will leave a more natural finish. Revlon Photoready Cream Blush in Charmed or Stila Convertable Colour in Lillium.

Eyes:
1. Brush your eyebrows upwards with a brow brush or a spoolie, then taking an angled brush and a matching eye shadow or brow powder, fill in your eye brows. Fill in any sparse areas by making short strokes, this will prevent any unnatural lines. Mac Eye Shadow in Omega or ELF Eyebrow Kit.

2. For eye shadow, start with a cream eye shadow base in a neutral colour. Look for a light beige to medium brown shade. Using your finger apply this all over your lid and along your lower lashline. Maybelline 24hr Colour Tattoo in Creamy Beige or Mac Groundwork Paint Pot.

3. Next pick up a shimmery nude pink or peach powder eye shadow and apply it to the inner corners of your eye. I like Mac Eye Shadow in Naked Lunch or Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Virgin.

4. Grab a shimmery earthy brown eye shadow and apply this into your crease, and the outer v of your eye lid. Pack this colour on as we want it to be as intense as possible. Run the colour along your lower lashline as well. Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Sidecar or Toasted; Mac Eye Shadow in Patina or Satin Taupe.

5. Take a fluffy blending brush and blend, blend, blend, away the edges of the eye shadow.

6. Curl your eye lashes and apply your favourite mascara, both to your top and bottom lashes. Maybelline Great Lash Big or Benefit They're Real Mascara.

Lips:
1. Choose an earthy nude lipstick or lipgloss and apply that to your lips. Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Asia or Paradise; Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Truffle, Super Lustrous Lipstick in Blushing Mauve; Clinique Lip Gloss in Tenderheart.

That's the completed look! I will try and film a tutorial for it so you can see exactly what I mean.

xx

New Year's Eve is the perfect day/night to sport sparkling silver eye makeup, and who better to look to than Kim Kardashian. Eyes: 1. Prep your eye with a base. Fab February: Anna Edwin Makeup

Anna Edwin is a Norwegian blogger. She began her blog in 2009 and she blogs about everything from hair to bowling (well maybe not actually bowling). Her hair and makeup is always flawless, nice and bronzed.  So I thought it would be perfect for spring and to warm us all up. If you want to check out Anna's blog click  here  (her blog is obviously in Norwegian so you'll have to press the translate button). I searched her blog and tried to use the same products that she does. Let's get started on her makeup look! Face: 1. Start with your favourite face primer. Makeup Monday: Victoria Beckham Makeup Look

Victoria Beckham is a style icon, and personally one of my top fashion and beauty inspirations. Her fashion line boasts beautiful structure and lines. One half of Britain's "other royal family" Victoria rules the fashion world with an iron fist, having recently launched another successful denim and accessories line. Her makeup hasn't changed much from her Posh Spice days, it has only become more chic and polished. Her signature smokey eye and nude lip can be adapted for any event, outfit, day or night. Here is a lighter daytime version of her signature look that Victoria has been sporting more and more often. Face: 1. Victoria has oily skin so a primer is a must. Pop a little all over your face, making sure to blend down your neck. Jessie's Pick: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer 2. Smooth a cream foundation over your face, blending it down your neck. Jessie's Picks: Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Foundation or Rimmel Match Perfection Cream Foundation. 3. Dot
