Super Sunday: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Makeup

A great shot of Kate Middleton's eye makeup, I could duplicate this.

Welcome to Super Sunday! Today's makeup look is inspired by the Duchess of Cambridge. HRH has a very classic look that has not really changed since she first came into the public eye over ten years ago. This makeup is perfect for any occasion and is actually quite simple to achieve. The black eye liner can be swapped for a navy blue, dark brown or dark grey depending on the event.

Face:1. Start with a freshly washed and moisturized face. Next take a medium coverage foundation and apply it all over your face and down your neck, blending well. Jessie's Picks: Make Up For Ever Invisible Coverage Foundation. Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation.

2. Blend a creamy concealer underneath your eyes, around your nose, and on any blemishes. Jessie's Picks: Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer. Mac Studio Finish Concealer.

3. Dust your face with a luminous powder, pressing the brush onto your face so as to not disrupt your foundation. Jessie's Picks: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder. Too Faced Absolutely Invisible Candlelight Powder.

4.Contour your face using an angled brush and a matte bronzer. Jessie's Picks: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer. Benefit Hoola Bronzer.

5. Pop a peachy pink cream blush onto the apple of your cheeks and blend up along your cheekbones. Jessie's Picks: Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Peach Satin. Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks in Fresh Melon.

Eyes:
1. Start with applying a shimmery nude eye shadow in a wash across your lid. Jessie's Picks: Mac Eye Shadow in Naked Lunch. Tarte Eye Shadow in Porcelain.

2. Blend a matte grey eyeshadow through your crease and slightly up on your browbone. Jessie's Picks: Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in Cement Grey. Mac Eye Shadow in Copperplate.

3. Take a black gel eye liner on a little angled brush or a fine liner brush and draw a medium thick line across your upper lashline. Make sure to go right into the inner corner of the eye. Jessie's Picks: Bobbi Brown Gel Liner in Black. Maybelline Gel Eye Liner in Black.

4. Next drag the eyeliner from the inner corner, along the lower lashline, connecting it to the top lashline.

5. Using the same eye shadow as you used in your crease, softly blend out your upper eye liner. This will create a softer less harsh effect.

6. Fill in your brows using an angled brush and a matching brow powder. Jessie's Picks: Benefit Brow Zings. Clinique Brow Shaper.

Lips:
1. Choose a nude peach lipstick and apply to your lips starting from the centre working outwards. Jessie's Picks: Nars Lipstick in Honolulu Honey.  Bobbi Brown Lip Color in Beige.

2. Top it with a shiny nude lipgloss to make your lips appear plumper. Jessie's Picks: Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight. Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss in Nude.

I hope you enjoyed this look!

xx

Makeup Monday: Victoria Beckham Makeup Look

Victoria Beckham is a style icon, and personally one of my top fashion and beauty inspirations. Her fashion line boasts beautiful structure and lines. One half of Britain's "other royal family" Victoria rules the fashion world with an iron fist, having recently launched another successful denim and accessories line. Her makeup hasn't changed much from her Posh Spice days, it has only become more chic and polished. Her signature smokey eye and nude lip can be adapted for any event, outfit, day or night. Here is a lighter daytime version of her signature look that Victoria has been sporting more and more often. Face: 1. Victoria has oily skin so a primer is a must. Pop a little all over your face, making sure to blend down your neck. Jessie's Pick: Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer 2. Smooth a cream foundation over your face, blending it down your neck. Jessie's Picks: Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Foundation or Rimmel Match Perfection Cream Foundation. 3. Dot
